MEET OUR DOCTOR
DR. SERGIO RUBINSTEIN
Chicago Prosthodontist (master of complete full mouth rehabilitation through additional formal education after dental school), Cosmetic and Implant dentist Dr. Sergio Rubinstein earned his dental degree in 1980. Selected as the only Prosthodontic resident from 1980-82 in a very unique specialty program in Periodontal-Prosthesis: dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment planning and management from the most complex to simple cases, including all periodontal surgical treatment, adult orthodontics and from beginning to end all phases of prosthetic treatment (clinical and laboratory work) at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He served as an assistant professor until 1992.
Dr. Rubinstein has lectured internationally on implant and restorative dentistry, and has taught numerous courses relating to bonding techniques. He has numerous publications in English, Spanish, German, Japanese and Italian. He invented a device to prosthetically correct misaligned implants and continues to lecture at a national and international level.
Patients are referred to Dr. Rubinstein to manage and treat cases, especially when it relates to aesthetics, implants, function and minimally invasive Dentistry.
DR. ALI FULREADER
Dr. Ali Fulreader grew up in Upstate, NY. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College in Waterville, ME, where she played women’s soccer and studied chemistry and mathematics; graduating with Deans List Honors.
After college, Dr. Fulreader taught skiing in Vail, CO and studied chemistry at Montana State University, Bozeman. She earned her dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dentistry, and was awarded the Nathan David Gold Memorial Award for conscientious dedication to clinical practice and the Harry E. Latchman Memorial Award in Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Fulreader then completed a general practice residency program at Evanston Hospital to further her clinical expertise.
Dr. Fulreader’s goal is to provide the highest level of patient care, making dental appointments both comfortable and relaxing. She is committed to continuing education and is an active member of the Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society. Through extensive continuing education, Dr. Fulreader is licensed to treat TMJ disorders using Botox therapy. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, running, spending time with family and friends, painting, and yoga.
Dedicated to the highest standard of care in minimally invasive procedures, implants, esthetics, restoring optimum appearance to your smile, restorations (replacement of old fillings or tooth structure through bonding or crowns) and function/ occlusion. If a tooth or teeth are extracted, their replacement(s) through implants and implant-supported crowns is an excellent option.

In many instances a consultation at our office first can prevent catastrophic, more complex and expensive procedures.
